ST 1000 saw

The ST 1000 pipe saw is designed for the precise cutting of pipes in thermoplastic material (PP, PE, PVC, PVDF) with a diameter of 200 to 1000 mm.

The cutting angle can be varied between 22.5° with the bow facing one side and 67.5° with the bow facing the other.

Clamp equipped with a pneumatic cylinder locks the tube in a stable and safe way. 

Another vise on the other side clamps the other end of the tube.

Equipped with rapid approach, the cutting speed is easily adjustable according to the thickness and diameter of the pipe. The work surface is equipped with rollers to facilitate the sliding of the pipes. 

Thanks to the large graduated scale, the cutting angle is easily adjusted.

Upon request, it can be supplied complete with a laser pointer for positioning the tube to be cut and with an additional support roller table.
