Main features

New CNC controlled automatic welding machine suitable for butt welding of plastic material sheets and also for panel welding Paneltim®.

It is equipped with pressing bars divided into segments, each with hydraulic clamping, in order to ensure uniform blocking of the sheets, even in the case of short pieces of sheet.

An LED light illuminates the welding area, for perfect positioning of the plates to be welded.

It can be equipped with a winder device with three independent motors that can be controlled separately via a practical push-button panel; this allows you to precisely control the tension of the belts and the perfect winding of the sheet.

Furthermore, the two lateral conveying rollers can be positioned at will according to the width of the sheet.

The machine can also be equipped with the 90° welding device.

The welding machine can be equipped with the 90° welding device or with the winder device (sheet winder).
