Main features
New CNC controlled automatic welding machine suitable for butt welding of steel plates
plastic material such as PE (2-40mm thick), PP (2-50mm thick) and suitable
in addition to the welding of sandwich panels (Paneltim®, Simona®, etc.).
It is equipped with pressing bars divided into segments, each with hydraulic tightening, so as to
guarantee uniform blocking of the sheets, even in the case of short pieces of sheet.
A LED light illuminates the welding area for precise positioning of the sheets.
It can be equipped with a winder device with three independently controllable motors
separately via a practical button panel; this allows you to be able to check with
precision the tension of the belts and the perfect winding of the sheet.
In addition, the two side winding rollers can be positioned as desired a
depending on the width of the sheet.
The machine can also be equipped with the 90° welding device
(maximum weldable thickness: 30 mm).
