welds SL 3000 STD plates

Automatic CNC welding machine suitable for butt welding of plastic material sheets: polyethylene and polypropylene (thickness from 3 to 30 mm), PVC (thickness from 3 to 10 mm).

SL 3000 Std manages the welding phases automatically: it is sufficient to set the parameters of the plates to be welded (material, length, thickness).
The console has a simple and intuitive interface and guarantees total control of the welding; each weld is recorded by the computer and printed at the end of the cycle. Welding data can also be exported to a PC or pendrive.

The blocking mechanism of the slabs and that of closing the carriages is of the hydraulic type, so as to exert the forces necessary for the operation of the welding machine with due precision.
The plate movement mechanism is instead of the pneumatic type to obtain high speeds and consequently welding cycle exchange times of a few instants.

The lateral support arms, which can be easily disassembled, allow for easy support and sliding of the slabs.
Practical pedals allow the control of the pressers during the positioning of the plates in the machine, so as to always work easily.

Finally, a manual mechanism allows the release of the pressing bars so as to be able to remove the slab or tube obtained without difficulty.

The welding machine can be equipped (even later) with the90° welding device or with thewinder device (virole).
