welds SL 3000 PLUS sheets

Automatic CNC welding machine suitable for butt welding of plastic material sheets: polyethylene and polypropylene (from 5 to 50 mm thick), PVC (from 5 to 30 mm thick).

SL 3000 Plus manages the welding phases automatically: it is sufficient to set the parameters of the plates to be welded (material, length, thickness).
The console has a simple and intuitive interface and guarantees total control of the welding; each weld is recorded by the computer and printed at the end of the cycle. Welding data can also be exported to a PC or pendrive.
The cycle ends after the cooling phase with the automatic release of the pressing bars which allow the slab or tube obtained to be removed without difficulty.

The slab blocking, carriage closing and plate movement mechanisms are all of the hydraulic type, in order to exert the forces necessary for the operation of the welding machine with due precision.

The lateral support arms, which can be easily disassembled, allow for easy support and sliding of the slabs.
Practical pedals allow the control of the pressers during the positioning of the plates in the machine, so as to always work easily.

The welding machine can be equipped (even later) with the90° welding device or with thewinder device (ring)
