SPECIAL welding machine pt 3000

The construction site welder for butt welding of BAUKU type PP pipes with a diameter of 3130mm, the largest pipe ever butt welded.
The machine consists of:

• a base frame made up of two parts assembled together (front frame for clamps and rear frame for miller and heating mirror, etc.).
• A fixed clamp (right side) equipped with hydraulic cylinders for opening/closing and locking/unlocking.
• An electric cutter
• A multi-sectors PTFE coated heating mirror with indipendent controls.
• A hydraulic unit operating all the machine movements.
• An electrical/electronic system for the machine automation and control
• A couple of hydraulically operated rollers
• A control panel
• A hydraulic lifting system of the machine complete with rollers lifting system.
