Machines designed for the construction of sector bends for district heating pipes (in PE with internal steel pipe).

They are equipped with an interchangeable splitting heating mirrors according to the diameters to be welded (manual, pneumatic or hydraulic opening according to the size), so as to be able to weld the external PE pipes with the internal steel pipe already inserted.

A hydraulic cylinder or an electric hoist allow the vertical movement of the thermoplate, while the clamps are built according to the needs.
