Main features

Workshop welding machine suitable for butt welding of PE and PP pipes and fittings. Equipped with a solid frame, it can be folded inside it, reducing the overall dimensions to facilitate transport and storage operations. It is equipped with pivoting clamps which allow the manufacture of segmented bends with different radius of curvature.

Machine composition

Basic machine made up of two light alloy trolleys, one of which is mounted on axial bearings and runs on chromed and ground rods d. 30mm. The translation lever, in addition to carrying out the movement, acts on an index which shows the welding values of the pipe to be welded on a graduated scale. The practical drawer contains all the reductions and accessories.
Electric milling device operated by a button placed on the handle.
Heating plate that slides on rod d. 40 mm, PTFE coated and with adjustment
temperature electronics.
Right and left clamps d. 315 mm equipped with a locking system that makes them suitable for the welding of short spigot fittings which can also be rotated by 22.5°, therefore suitable for the construction of segmented bends (45° for each welding).
Clamps reductions d. 90 – 110 – 125 – 140 – 160 – 180 – 200 – 225 – 250 – 280 mm.
Side supports d. 315 mm and relative reductions d. 90>280 .
